Deer and Fairies

Nate looked carefully the young woman. He didn’t know her. And he hoped he didn’t afraid her too much and that she would never say what she saw in the woods this night. His eyes shone a moment in their electric blue color before they were blue – green again. He fought to keep his control on his inner wolf  and strangely taking care of Bambi helped him. He nodded. « Ok it’s nothing…. You should come back at home and if you want I can drive you. » He proposed gently but he was pretty sure she should answer no after what just happened.

Bambi was still afraid to make an eye contact with him. She hugged herself as she gulped. “You expect me to go home with you after I saw what happened earlier?” she wondered, but regretted it. She should have just said yes/no, without asking questions to him. “I’m sorry but I think I only need your help to get out from this place,” she told him with a soft voice, pursing her lips.
