Lee scoffed. “Another what?” He stood up angrily

“Another woman who can love you back!”

lee looked at her. He wouldn’t open for anyone else. That was for sure. “Will you lead me to the door? Or …. What about you give me a proper goodbye? Just give me ten minutes, and pretend you wouldn’t have forgotten who I am. I’ll be out if your life then, I’ll not bug you, you’re free.”

The words broke her heart, “I dont want to say goodbye” Bambi looked down and tried not to cry.
