“I’m sure you could ask the nurses to get something against the pain.” Lee suggested, trying to be helpful at all. “Do I bother you?”

“No.. No..” Bambi shook her head, he didn’t bother her at all, “it’s not you, it’s just my head” she held the blanket tightly as she shut her eyes

“you have to sleep.” Lee said seriously “I’ll be here when you wake up. Now sleep!”

“I can’t sleep” she complained, “and I’m not going to call the nurse, because they’re going to give me meds and I don’t like it”
