Lee smiled a tiny bit “you said yes. But that doesn’t mean anything now.” Lee put the box on the nightstand to her bed. He’d leave it there. She could open it and look at it if she would want to, later. Lee leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes for a moment. “Even when I close my eyes I know how you are the most beautiful girl I ever met.”

Bambi didn’t know what to do, she wanted to be his fiance, but she barely ‘knew’ him. “Lee..” she called his name in desperation, “I will try to remember everything.. I– I will try to get everything back” she paused for a moment, “only if you help me” she stared into his eyes.
