Lee walked closer towards her bed. He sat down on the chair right next to her and looked at her silently. He licked his lips, thinking of what to say. “is everything alright, Bambi?"He had the engagement ring in his pocket, but she had this puzzled look, that it made him hesitate. Didn’t she want anymore?

She stared at Lee and pursed her lips together, her mind was trying so hard to remember at least his name. "Yea– yeah” she nodded, lying.
