Elijah smiled at the girl’s response, she simply felt it was the right time for some reason he felt honored that she trusted him enough. He adored Bambi she was like a sister and he’d do anything to protect her and now having access to her home he could do that much easier. “Well I am honored that you trust me enough to allow me into your home. Thank you.” He said offering her a soft smile.

Bambi felt like the atmosphere was getting warmer than before, she couldn’t stay cold at him any longer. She replied his smile with a sweet smile on her face. “What was this important thing you had to do earlier?” she asked, feeling really curious about it. “Is someone ‘haunting’ me down because of what you did?” she said sarcastically, reminding him of what happened few months ago when a vampire caught her and almost killed her because of what he did.
