Elijah heard the girl mumble a simple nothing as to what he had to do to make it up to her. He sighed thinking she wouldn’t soon get over this, but then she did something he hadn’t expected her to do for a long time. She invited him in. He gently stepped through the doorway as if to check if this was genuinely happening especially on a day when he had angered her. And as expected he walked through the door with ease entering her home for the first time. “What a lovely home you have Bambi.” He said softly still wondering what could’ve changed her mind so quickly.

Bambi opened the door a little bit wider to let him in, she looked at his expression, she noticed that he’s probably surprised by her decission. Bambi closed the door and locked it, she didn’t say a single thing to respond his compliment about her house. She walked to the living room and sat down on the light blue sofa, hugging her knees together against her chest. She gave him a glance to the empty space next to her.
